Standard parcels can accommodate approximately 4 - 5 garments. Orders exceeding this limit will require further parcels and incur charges as required.

Return Policy
holdmetight is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will either replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
*We do not offer refunds on sale items, however we are happy to exchange the size if required.
Online purchases cannot be returned in-store. A completed return form must accompany all claims made. Unfortunately we cannot accept purchases made through our retail stores.

Delivery costs on returning products are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for exchange you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns and orders will be charged the standard delivery cost as applied.
Faulty Items:
holdmetight products are Quality Control inspected to ensure they meet our high quality standards. If you do receive a product which you believe to be faulty, please complete the supplied return form with your original delivery details and we will arrange a new product of the same style, colour and size to be sent out to you, delivery charges free. All returned items are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If a garment is deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund and will be destroyed.
Wrong Size:
holdmetight is happy to exchange purchases if you have ordered the wrong size. Please ensure that the items have not been worn and are returned in their original condition (unworn, tags attached).
How to return/exchange:
A return form is enclosed with every packed order. Please complete this form indicating your request to either refund or exchange the size or colour of your order. Send the completed form along with the garments in their original condition (unworn, tags attached).
Please allow 7 working days (Australia only) and 10 working days (International) for your request to be received and processed. Please add standard delivery lead times to receive your replacement order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All exchange orders will be sent to you free of shipping costs.
*We do not take responsibility for returned garments not sent via registered/traceable shipping methods.
